If you are getting this annoying error, even though you are logged in to your WACS or DCS account, please follow the instructions below:
- Log out of BTT-Writer. You do this using the logout text after your name at the top of the window.
- Go to https://wacs.bibletranslationtools.org/user/settings/applications . You may need to log in, if you aren't already logged in to WACS in a web browser.
- Click Delete next to ts-desktop
- Log back in to BTT-Writer. You should be able to upload now.
Unfortunately, we don't yet know what is causing this problem, but repeat these steps when you encounter it, and we will try to find a solution.

This problem has now been resolved in BTT-Writer 1.1.1-7. Please update your BTT-Writer to fix this problem.
